The new Zera Yitzchak Yeshiva was established by Rabbi Haim Moshe Goldstein Shlit"a and his colleague Rabbi Dov Rudnik Shlit"a, with the encouragement and counsel of the great Gaon Rabbi Yonasan David Shlit"a, Rosh Yeshiva of Pachad Yitzchak, and under the personal guidance of his student, Rabbi Haim Yitzchak Kaplan Shlit"a, Mashgiach of Chevron Yeshiva. The Yeshiva aims for the students' growth in Torah with depth and straightforward analysis, with a special emphasis on character traits and interpersonal relationships, in a yeshiva atmosphere that is constructive. The Gaon Rabbi Avraham Goldstein, R.M. at the Yeshiva Hatfutsot Dayan and the M.O.T. on Mount Zion, accompanies the Yeshiva daily by giving a class to all the students, with a special emphasis on profound reasoning in Jewish Law, and once a week in the evening hours with a Mussar talk on the greatness of man and perspective on current affairs and events of the time.
